Clients must:

• Be 18 or older

• Provide valid identification

• Disclose relevant medical conditions

• Follow aftercare instructions

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing and eligibility for touch-ups.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that tattooing involves inherent risks and agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions.The artist is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or undisclosed medical conditions.

The artist, Love, reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or design requests that do not align with the artist’s style or values.

All appointments require a deposit to secure the scheduled time. Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo and are not an additional charge.

Clients may reschedule their appointment with adequate notice. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date at the artist’s discretion. Multiple reschedules or shortnotice changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made without sufficient notice and missed appointments will result in loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

I request that you cancel with more than 7 days notice. 2-4 weeks advance notice would be my recommendation as a minimum. I you need to can within less than 2 weeks, we reschedule your session.

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or rescheduled. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the deposit may be forfeited.

All quotes are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on size, detail, placement, and time required. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Accepted forms of payment include cash and PayPal. PayPal pay-later options are handled directly through PayPal and are not managed by the artist.

All artwork and designs remain the property of the artist. Custom designs may not be reproduced, copied, or tattooed by another artist without permission.

Touch-ups may be offered within a specified timeframe once the tattoo is fully healed. Touch-ups requested outside this timeframe may require an additional fee.
