ARTIZMYLOV POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

 

·       Good Vibes Policy: The Artist reserves the right to refuse service for ANY reason AT ANY POINT. If the artist refuses to serve you, your deposit(s) will be refunded. Lude and/or Rude behavior WILL NOT be tolerated. We will NOT do ANY gang affiliated, racist, or drug related tattoos.

·       18 and Over Policy:  No person under the age of 18 years old will be able to receive tattoo services.

·       Guest Policy: NO children, guests, or pets are allowed in the studio, there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

·       Mask: You’ll need your mask over your nose THROUGHOUT your session. If/When we take a break, I’ll leave the room so that you can remove your mask and replenish. IF YOUR MASK IS REMOVED DURING THE SESSION, YOU WILL BE WARNED. iF YOUR MASK IS REMOVED AGAIN, THE ARTIST WILL END THE SESSION AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME YOU USE. Please, do not put everyone in the building at risk. 

 ·       COVID-19 Policy: We are in the middle of a global pandemic, PLAN ACCORDINGLY. If you have ANY symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in crowded public spaces recently, please reschedule within 7 days of your appointment. If you are showing symptoms (sneezing/coughing/fever to the touch) during your tattoo session, we will ask you to leave, and you will forfeit your deposit. Please, do not put everyone in the building at risk. 

 If you have any other medical conditions, please consult your doctor before getting tattooed. Be sure to tell the artist of these conditions or any medications you may be on.

·       4 Hours Minimum:  Our 4-hour minimum covers the artist’s preparation time, expenses of a sanitary set up, clean-up of the equipment and procedure area, Studio rent, utilities, as well as single use supplies necessary to provide a clean and safe tattoo applied by an experienced professional.  Our minimum is the ABSOLUTE lowest amount we will accept for any tattoo.  This applies per person getting tattooed. Meeting the 4-hour minimum does NOT guarantee acceptance of your tattoo concept. Large concepts are preferred. 

·       Walk-Ins: For everyone’s safety, there will be no walk-in tattoos and no walk-in consultations. Every tattoo appointment requires a consultation to discuss your tattoo concept with the artist directly.

·       Artwork Policy:  The artist will email and/or text a preview of a custom design for your review WITHIN 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  A total of THREE (3) revisions that stay within the idea discussed at the consultation will be allowed before your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is kept as a design fee. The artist REQUIRES creative freedom.  

·       Consultation Policy: Consultations will be done remotely, VIA GOOGLE MEET, the artist will log into video link at your chosen consultation appointment time. Please, include as much information as you can in your initial application to avoid too much miscommunication or early denial of your concept. If you’re unsure about what information to include, include your reference image(s) and intended placement. During your consultation. the artist will give you an estimate, an idea of the next available appointment, and if you agree to it and would like to proceed, she will provide the link to book your actual tattoo appointment. If you decide not to work with one another, your deposit will be refunded in full unless she began designing your project. if design work was done, your deposit becomes a design fee.

·       Deposit Policy: You will be required to put down deposits to secure both a consultation and a tattoo appointment. Unless the artist and client decide not to work with one another, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once the artist starts designing. ALL DEPOSITS will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo at your end of your session unless your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are forfeited if you no-show for an appointment, cancel with less than a week’s advance notice, reschedule more than twice, arrive for an appointment more than 30 minutes late, arrive for an appointment without proper ID, request excessive or last-minute changes to the design or concept, do not complete your tattoo within one year, exhibit lude or disrespectful behavior, or decide not to get tattooed at all. If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any new appointment(s). Deposits may not be transferred to another person. 

 

·       Late Policy:  Please, let us know if you are running late for an appointment.  If you are 30 minutes or more late for an appointment without advance notice, you may forfeit your deposit, lose your appointment, and be required to reschedule with a new deposit. Please do not arrive more than 15min early to your appointment. In order to avoid having clients waiting together in the reception area, we will let you in at the time of your appointment.

 

·       Cancellation Policy:  The artist is booked MONTHS in advance. All appointments require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellation.  If cancelled with over 7 days’ notice, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment, typically months out. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, your deposit will be forfeited

 

·       Refund Policy:  NO REFUNDS for any reason besides for reasons stated above. NO EXCEPTIONS. Tattoos are permanent and so is the payment for the artist’s time, skill, and effort. In the highly unlikely event of a MISTAKE (misspelling or flipped image), it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. Your first touch up within 90 days post service is completely free. There is always something we can do.  Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution.

 

·       Touch Up Policy:  NECESSARY touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 3 months of the tattoo (unless the tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, see below).  Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed.  Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are NOT FREE and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo ($200/HR).  Changes to the original agreed upon tattoo are NOT considered a touch up and will be charged as a new tattoo.  HEALING RESULTS OF TATTOOS ON THE HEAD, FACE, GENITALS, FEET, OR HANDS (INCLUDING FINGERS) CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AND MAY NOT BE ELIGLE FOR FREE TOUCH UPS.  If your tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, it will probably need multiple touch ups and may be charged as a new tattoo each time. Courtesy touch ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist.
